The DC Federation of Democratic Women presents a reception to launch The Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton Legacy Scholarship Luncheon. The 1st Annual EHN Legacy Luncheon will be held in June 2018. In preparation for this highly anticipated event, DCFDW is hosting a fundraising reception. The Norton Legacy Scholarship will be presented to deserving students at the 1st Annual EHN Legacy Luncheon. Our goal is to honor our "Warrior on the Hill" and help future "Warriors" with their educational pursuits.
