Welcome to our 1st Annual Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton Legacy Fund Luncheon
Our goal is to honor our Congressional "Warrior on the Hill " by establishing the first-ever Legacy Fund in Congresswoman Norton's name. The objective of the Eleanor Holmes Norton Legacy Fund is to award a resident of the District of Columbia (preferably female) enrolled in a post-secondary program in law, public policy or political science to enable future "warriors" in pursuing their educational goals.
